Trevor from DryAgain had performed a mold inspection for our current home. The services were performed promptly, professionally, and politely after submitting my request for inspection. Not only did Trevor help find our mold problem, but he also included his experienced feedback to help answer my questions which was a huge help since my fiance and I are expecting a little one soon, giving us time to take necessary precautions to keep our family safe.

Trevor came out to our home after a water pipe burst. We were able to repair the problem but we're concerned about potential water damage. I am very pleased with the services I was provided by Dry Again in Big Bear. I was having my kitchen flooring replaced when the flooring company spotted mold under my existing vinyl. I called Dry Again right away and the owner Trevor immediately responded. He sent someone over the next day to take a sample and rushed it off to an independent lab in Los Angeles.When it was determined that I needed mold remediation in my laundry room, a plan was quickly put into action. The service technician, was professional and responsive. He took the time to explain all the steps to me and efficiently set to work cordoning off the affected space and began removing the mold and purifying the air. There was no mess and no uncomfortable odors to deal with. Once completed, Trevor came and inspected the work and took the time to discuss my situation with me further. I would not hesitate to use this company again, should the need arise, and I highly recommend their 24/7 services to anyone in Big Bear or the surrounding area who find themselves in a similar situation. I am relieved to be taken care of by such a professional and caring company.
